OBJECTIVES
Conduct reconnaissance and surveillance actions to obtain or verify information concerning the capabilities, intentions, and activities of an actual or potential enemy or to secure data concerning characteristics of a particular area.
Surveillance of New Republic Fleet Staging Areas. We'll pass information up the line as it comes in.
Conduct short-duration strikes and other small-scale offensive actions to seize, destroy, capture, recover, or inflict damage on designated personnel or materiel.
While we want to harass the New Republic Navy as much as possible, I believe that coordinating our attacks with other operations will give the maximum effect. Disruptions will be carried out through commando raids, sabotage, ambushes and other means. Full-scale engagement of New Republic forces will be avoided whenever possible.
There is only one tactical principle which is not subject to change. It is to use the means at hand to inflict the maximum amount of wound, death, and destruction on the enemy in the minimum amount of time.
Because of their strong defenses, an open attack on their shipyards is impossible. We plan to attack less defended targets, including supply ships, loading ports, and suppliers. Ideally, we'd like to ambush ships and convoys en route if we can obtain accurate schedules. Intel is working on it. Also, we can look into buying data from local infochants.
Operations against organizations that supply the New Republic's larger military manufacturers and shipyards, possibly letting it be perceived as terrorism or piracy.
