Thrax, Arcadius

Background: Arcadius Thrax was born into a wealthy Anaxian Family, From a young age as most aristocrats do he became bored with his life of privilege and sought out “distractions” taking up exotic pursuits. At age 21 Arcadius tossed up buying a commission in the Imperial Army, however he decided to enter the Imperial academy on Carida. He worked his way through the academy graduating as a lieutenant. Arcadius was then assigned to Imperial interests in the Mid-Rim, where he served on board patrol ships involved in scouring Rebels and pirates from these systems. He had a way with captured enemies who almost always ended up talking or being incapable of such. After a few years serving on the Mid-Rim Arcadius was promoted to Commander and given his own patrol ships, he was very efficient in cleansing the Mid-Rim systems of dubious interests and received his breveted captains commission for turning an engagement into a decisive imperial victory after his commanding officer met an unfortunate end in an encounter with a moderate Rebellion force.

Personality: Arcadius is an aloof man, who has occasional fits of anger; he is obsessed with order and discipline. Arcadius is an astute man who often sizes up a situation without uttering a sound making him appear austere. He is an autocratic man who tolerates no failure giving no mercy and expecting no quarter. Arcadius is a self-assured man which is a result of his upbringing in Anaxes. He is uncompromising in manner and this has occasionally led to Arcadius being headstrong.
